Happy new year!
With a frightening start, only a few days in... desperately I am clinging on to music making and art in general and I am happy that I will have some more new music to give to you once the album is out next week lnk.to/4inaCycleofThirds ... it is a solace!
I made an album trailer and also a full edit of the song Ivory Tower (on D) live from the London show in October last year! It seemed an appropriate song choice for the current moment in time.
The song had quite a journey from living room piano riff composition (you can still hear that phone recording on the actual track, including my son and mum playing in the background :) !) to a 2022 electric guitar version at MASSM0CA (does anyone have footage :) ?) accompanied by Jodie Landau, Thann Scoggin and the absolutely brilliant stage visuals showing Anja Schuetz's photography of the series ABORT THE COURT / MY CHOICE REIGNS SUPREME to the three handed piano version with Vana Gierig at WNYC to the album version that was released in December to the latest live version from October 2024 in London!

Apologies, I did forget to record the audio from the desk, so this is the sound from the camera in the room :) But to be fully honest, I really like the vibe of it and wanted to share regardless. There will be more!
